If you love stock car racing, Daytona USA at the Daytona International Speedway is a not-to-be-missed interactive motorsports attraction. Highlights of Daytona USA, which first opened in 1996, include motion simulator rides, “The Daytona 500 Movie”, Heroes of the Track, “You Call the Race”, NASCAR Thunder and the 16-Second Pit Stop Challenge.

Visitors also can take a behind-the-scenes, 30-minute tour of Daytona International Speedway that includes views of the garage area, pit road, 31-degree high banks of the Speedway and Victory Lane. Two new motion simulator rides, Daytona Dream Laps and Acceleration Alley, place you behind the wheel as you experience NASCAR racing along the high banks of the Speedway.

The main lobby of Daytona USA contains the World Center of Racing Visitors Center, a Sega Electronic Entertainment Center and a gift shop. Events at Daytona International Speedway include the world-famous Daytona 500, “the Super Bowl of Racing”, which takes place in February, and the Pepsi 400, which takes place July 4th weekend.

Daytona USA is located off Interstate 95 (Exit 261A) along International Speedway Boulevard (U.S. 92), approximately 60 miles Northeast of Orlando.
